A night of English music, English Food & Ale and traditional pub games in the heart of
The George was founded in 1723 and although has had a few refits over the years retains its authentic atmosphere. St Georges day has seemingly lost some of its relevance over the years and we are doing our bit to try and make it as popular as it should be throughout the country.
Our celebrations will take place all day at the George, so call down any time at all. The ring toss Championships will be starting at 6pm, call the pub to register a team of 5, which will cost £10.
